If a booking is cancelled within 72 hours prior to the scheduled check-in date, a retention charge equivalent to one night’s stay will apply.
If a booking is cancelled more than 72 hours before the scheduled check-in date, no cancellation charges (NIL) will apply.
Children below 6 years of age can stay complimentary when sharing the existing bedding with their parents. No extra bed or mattress will be provided.
Children aged 6 years and above will be considered an additional guest and will be accommodated with an extra mattress at the applicable charges.
